Refund Eligibility

  • You received a damaged, defective or incorrect product.
  • You received a product that does not match the description on our website.
  • You are not satisfied with the quality of the product.
Refund Process

If you believe that you are eligible for a refund, please contact our customer support team at oldschoolorganics420@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information or evidence to support your claim.

If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If your refund request is not approved, we will provide you with an explanation for the decision.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping for eligible products.

Exceptions

The following products are not eligible for a refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products that have been damaged or altered by the customer
  • Products that have passed their expiry date
