Shipping Methods

We ship our products using standard ground shipping services provided by reputable carriers. The estimated delivery time for your order will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout. We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping options at this time.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight of the product(s) in your order and your location. Shipping fees will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. Additionally, we are unable to ship to certain states where the sale and use of our products are restricted by law.

Order Processing Time

We strive to process and ship all orders within 2 business days of receiving your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order on the carrier’s website.

Delivery

We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the carrier. Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information to avoid any delivery issues. If you are not available to receive your package, the carrier will leave a delivery attempt notice or may attempt to redeliver the package at a later time.

Missing or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is missing or damaged upon delivery, please contact us at oldschoolorganics420@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
